3rd Annual Golf Tournament & Sponsorship Information
Join us Friday, June 20 for the 3rd Annual AAMI eXchange Golf Tournament! We are excited to bring the AAMI Community together at the Bayou Oaks City Park in New Orleans for a friendly competition. This tournament is open to all ability levels with multiple prizes on the line. See you on the greens!

WHERE:
Bayou Oaks at City Park, 1040 Filmore Ave, New Orleans, LA
SCORING & PRIZES:
The format is a four-person scramble.
Hole in One Jackpot: The first amateur contestant to card a hole in one during the competition wins $25,000.
Prizes: (per team)
First Prize: $300 gift card
Second Prize: $200 gift card
Third prize: $100 gift card
There will also be prizes for the longest drive and closest to the pin.
SCHEDULE:
- Buses will depart from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center: 6:00 a.m.-6:15 a.m. (15-minute ride)
- Registration & Breakfast: 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m.
- Warm-up & Driving Range: 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m.
- Shotgun Start: 7:30 a.m.
- Lunch & Prizes: 12:30 p.m.
- Buses Return to the convention center: 2:00 p.m.
OPEN TO ALL LEVELS:
Regardless of your abilities as a golfer, you will enjoy the 3rd Annual Golf Tournament. We are limited to 72 players, so register early if you plan to participate. You do not have to register for the conference to participate.
ENTRY FEE:
$189 per person. Entry fee covers green fees, shared golf cart, round trip bus transportation, continental breakfast, lunch and prizes.
REGISTRATION:
You can select the golf tournament option when you register for the eXchange. If you need to add it, you can log back in to include it HERE. You do not have to register for the conference to participate.
GOLF CLUBS: ***LAST DAY FOR CLUB RENTAL IS FRIDAY, JUNE 6***
You can bring your own clubs or there is an option to rent golf clubs for a fee of $75++, which includes two sleeves of balls (6 balls), bag of tees, and this can be selected during the registration process. You will pay for the club rental at the golf course when you arrive.
GOLF SHOES:
You would need to bring your own, rental is not an option. Only soft spike shoes, NO hard spikes permitted.
ELIGIBILITY:
Anyone is eligible to play in the tournament, you do not have to be registered for the conference to participate.
SCORING & PRIZES:
The format is a four-person scramble. There will be gift certificates for first, second and third place winners, as well as for the longest drive and closest to the pin.
LUNCH:
Lunch will be served following the tournament, at which time winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
TEE SPONSOR: $500 (9 available)
Sponsor will receive signage on assigned Tee. Sponsors will receive signage at the hole they are sponsoring and special mention during the golf luncheon, along with their logo on the website. Sponsors may also consider providing give-aways of some type as participants play through the hole.
BEVERAGE CART: $2,500 (2 available)
Your company will be the one of two beverage cart sponsors for the AAMI Golf Tournament. Your Company will receive your Company Logo on our Website, and signage displayed during event, your company logo will also be prominently displayed on the carts throughout the tournament. Sponsorship of this event includes placement for 2 complimentary player in the tournament who must be registered to golf separately when golf registration opens.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: $2,500 (1 available-exclusive)
Your company will be the tournament breakfast sponsor. We will provide breakfast for all golfers and sponsors the morning before the tournament during registration. Signage featuring the sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed during the breakfast. The sponsor’s logo will be listed on the website. The breakfast sponsor will be recognized and announced at the awards ceremony. Sponsorship of this event includes placement for 2 complimentary players in the tournament who must be registered to golf separately when golf registration opens.
LUNCH: $3,000 (1 available-exclusive)
Your company will be the tournament lunch sponsor. We will provide lunch for all golfers and sponsors after the tournament, during the prize ceremony. Signage featuring the sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed during the lunch. The sponsor’s logo will be listed on the website. The lunch sponsor will be recognized and announced at the awards ceremony. Sponsorship of this event includes placement for 2 complimentary players in the tournament who must be registered to golf separately when golf registration opens.
HOLE SPONSOR: $2,000 (2 available-longest drive & closest to the pin)
Sponsor will receive signage on assigned hole and special recognition during the golf luncheon. Sponsors logo will be listed on the website. Sponsors may also provide give-aways as participants play through the hole.
